The Minnesota Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame ( MABHF) Endowment Trust Fund has as its primary goal; to provide future income for the financial support of the MABHF. Like many other charitable organizations , the MABHF recognizes the need and importance to create a perpetual source of income that will ensure the continued operation into the future.

The MABHF Endowment Trust Fund provides the vehicle and structure which permits the organization to encourage and receive gifts such as : cash, real and personal property, insurance proceeds, stocks and bonds, mutual funds, retirement plans, life insurance proceeds and other types of gifts.

Please consider being a donor and help support the MABHF preserving the memory of our state's baseball tradition and way of life. Thoughtful planning ensures that the gift will be put to the best possible use and fit the donor's financial needs and objectives. Even a modest bequest can mean a great deal toward helping preserve the Hall of Fame. MABHF is a IRS 501 ( C ) 3 non profit organization and donors may claim allowable benefits allowed.

How to Donate to this Permanent Endowment Trust Fund

Numberous tax benefits are available to those who include the MABHOF ub their estate plans. You may designate a cash donation, memorial, a bequest, life-insurance proceeds or any other asset acceptable to the Endowment Trust Fund Committee. The Committee has the responsibility to initiate the Endowment Trust Fund in accordance with the provisions of the resolution establishing the fund. The committee and it's professional advisors will work with donors and their tax consultants and legal counsel to structure gifts that benefit the MABHA while providing income and estate tax benefits to the donor. Gifts of all sizes and in many forms are welcome. On September 30, 2000 the membership of the corporation approved and adopted a resolution establishing the Minnesota Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame Endowment Fund to receive gifts such as: cash, real and personal property, insurance proceeds, stock and bonds, mutual funds, retirement plans, life insurance proceeds and other types of gifts.

WHEREAS, The Minnesota Amateur baseball Hall of Fame Inc. (hereinafter referred to as MABHF) was organized and established as a Minnesota non-profit corporation on August 15, 1986 pursuant to Chapter 317A Laws of Minnesota.

WHEREAS, The purposes for which MABHF was organized and incorporated are set forth in its Articles of Incorporation a follows, to wit: The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposed within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
